Service & Use

You will receive a custom drawn and posed model with the Patella artists' style in a PSD file format, it will be cut into parts ready for Live2D rigging. Rigging may be provided whenever a rigger is available. Background and Stream Overlay may be requested. Prices are listed in USD.

Custom Design may be requested and will be designed by Kamo. Price starts at $250, simple layout included.

Toggles & Expressions

Simple: $10

  • Simple changes in mouth/eyes/eyebrows + stickers.

  • e.g. angry vein, exclamation mark, gloom lines, etc.

Complex: $20+

  • Has redrawn or new elements. We will also take into consideration the amount of details in the design.

  • e.g. hand & arms poses, etc.

Detailed: $50+

  • New complicated visual elements.

  • e.g. mini backgrounds, game controllers, etc.​

Background

Stream Graphics

Specialized Cutting(If rigging outside of Patella)

  • Starts at $200

  • ​Patella Models are cut to the standards of experienced riggers and further requests are entertained if it’s an overlooked detail on our part. However, for extremely specific rigs that need additional parts there will be an extra charge. (e.g. Head side-view, wings, etc.)​​

What to expect?

Process

Design

  1. Vtuber Designs for Posed Models will be done by Kamo.

  2. Kamo will sketch drafts and will submit WIPs and the client may then pick and ask for edits.

  3. Kamo will detail the design and will submit another WIP. At this point, client may still ask for major edits up to twice before a fee is added.

  4. The design will then be finalized and will be put in a simple layout.

Models

  1. In the sketching phase, Kamo will send you a sketch and you may let them know details you want to adjust or change regarding the model art. If changes are major, you are encouraged to link specific images of what you have in mind. Kamo will send you an edited sketch for approval. You can go through this process twice, and after which you may be charged an editing fee especially if it's a major change.

  2. Hen will ink the sketches and Kamo will add colors and other small details. We will send another WIP for final check. Minor edits are still allowed in this stage. Any additional edits after the initial approval will be charged.

  3. After approval, Kamo will then shade the model.

  4. Kan will make a layout for the Model Showcase.

  5. Kan will cut the model in preparation for rigging.

  6. You will receive the following in a google drive folder: PSD and PNG of the Model File (Live2D ready), PNG of the Model Showcase, and any requested special custom graphics used in the layout.

  7. Upon the rigger's request, we are still willing to do further cutting requests if it’s an overlooked detail on our part or the method style of the rigger. We will inform you if possible charges will be made if the cutting is considered specialized.

Rigging

  1. Because we only rig models that are made by us, we will have a copy of your VTuber and will slate the finished PSD for further cutting according to our needs.

  2. We will inform you when we will be starting on our rigging, and Kan will give a WIP for each part of the animation in the following order:

    1. Body

    2. Head

    3. Physics

    4. Expressions

    5. Animations

  3. The rigger will let you know if any delays will occur if the animation and requests will take longer than anticipated.

  4. Previews will be in a gif format and you are allowed to ask for edits. The requested edits will also be previewed on the next WIP.

  5. You will receive the following in a zip file: VTS-ready file (expressions mapped on numpad and configured parameters).
